Application for Subdivision, in terms of Section 42 (d) of the By-law, to permit the registration of services servitudes over the roofs of flats and the community facility building on the proposed consolidated Portions A, B & Portion Y, respectively, to safeguard future solar panels and associated electrical infrastructure on the sites. </p><p>5.
