The proposal includes approximately 719 temporary residential stands/shelters. </li><li>The application site is bounded by the existing Mandalay/Philippi/Mitchells Plain railway lines to the north and west, the R300 Freeway to the south, and an overhead Eskom powerline-servitude and Stock Road further to the east.<br></li></ul>
