The rezoning of Portion 20 of Cape Farm 691, from Agricultural Zoning to Subdivisional Area Overlay Zone (SAOZ).</li></ul><h4>Consolidation to create two larger erven in terms of Section 42(f) of the Bylaw (as amended), as follows:</h4><ul><li>1. The consolidation of Erven 62546, Mitchells Plain, and portion 18 of Cape Farm 691, Mitchells Plain. </li><li>2. The consolidation of Erven 62547, Mitchells Plain, and portion 19 of Cape Farm 691, Mitchells Plain.</li></ul><h4>Subdivision in terms of Section 42(d) of the Bylaw (as amended), as follows:</h4><ul><li>1. The subdivision of the 3 erven below: <br>- consolidated Erven 62546, Mitchells Plain, and portion 18 of Cape Farm 691, Mitchells Plain, <br>- consolidated Erven 62547, Mitchells Plain, and portion 19 of Cape Farm 691, Mitchells Plain, and <br>- Portion 20 of Cape Farm 691 <br><br>to create in total 157 erven, consisting of 151 Single Residential (SR1) zoned erven, two Open Space (OS3) zoned erven, one Open Space (OS2) zoned erf, two Transport Zone (TR2) zoned erf and one Utility (UT) zoned erf, as per the proposed subdivision plan. </li><li>2. Proposed street names and numbering, as per the proposed subdivision plan.</li></ul><h4>Phasing in terms of Section 42(e) of the Bylaw (as amended), as follows:</h4><ul><li>1.
