The purpose is for this area to continue to be used as a garden. After advertising, it was found that the application needed to be amended in order to also deal with the access servitude, part of which also crosses Erf 13660, in order for this area to also continue to be used as a garden. This advertising notice includes the new aspects, as well as the aspects previously advertised which are effectively now re-advertised. </p><ul><li>To delete a title deed condition applicable to Erf 13660 relating to a servitude area for refuse collection and an electrical substation site. </li><li>To delete a condition of a previous approval applicable to Erf 13660 relating to a servitude area for refuse collection and an electrical substation site. </li><li>To amend a title deed condition applicable to Erf 13660 relating to the extent of an access servitude. </li><li>To amend a condition of a previous approval applicable to Erf 13660 relating to the extent of an access servitude.</li><li>Amendment of an approved general plan (General Plan 3595/2010) in order to remove the refuse collection and electrical substation servitude and the portion of the access servitude applicable to Erf 13660. </li></ul><p>To permit the removal of the servitude area which is currently registered over erf 13660, for purposes of refuse collection and an electrical substation; and to permit the amendment of the access servitude area which is currently registered over land that includes Erf 13660, in order to exclude the part of the access servitude that is currently applicable to Erf 13660; in order for these parts of Erf 13660 to continue to be used as a private garden. </p>
