Following this approval, various parties lodged appeals. On 11 November 2025, the Planning Appeals Advisory Panel considered the appeals, deferred the matter, and requires that the subdivision application be readvertised as the incorrect Transport Impact Assessment was attached to the application at the time of advertising. </p><p>The correct, Transport Impact Assessment is now attached to the application. Please note that the previously advertised rezoning component of the application is not in fact necessary and has thus been omitted from this application.
