Rezoning: Erven 2623, 2744, 2755, 7395, 10860 and Remainder Erf 2744 to Agricultural Zone. </li><li>6. Consolidate Erven 10861 and 10862. </li><li>7. Departures: Item 109(a), Item 109(b), Item 109(d) </li><li>8. Council’s consent and approval in terms of Conditions B2 and B3 for Erf 1064 </li><li>9. Council’s consent in terms of Item 108(c) on Erf 1064. </li><li>10. Council’s consent in terms of Item 108(c) on the consolidated Erven 10861 and 10862. </li><li>11. Council’s consent in terms of Item 108(c) Remainder Erf 2744.</li></ul><p>Note: In terms of Section 16(1) of the MPBL, the proposal does not comply with a district spatial development framework, being the newly approved Southern District Plan (2023). The site falls into Sub-District 2 which states that larger scale businesses, outside of existing urban nodes and identified commercial areas, should not be supported.
