For consolidation of Remainder Erf 5268 Philippi and Portion 9 of Farm 693 Cape Farm, in order to form a single Erf entity. </li><li> 2. To rezone the consolidated erf from Agriculture, Open Space Zone (OS2) and Transport Zone (TR2) to Subdivisional Area Overlay (comprising of Mix Use Subzone (MU1), Open Space Zone (OS2), Utility Zone, Transport Zone (TR2), General Residential Subzone (GR2), Single Residential Zone (SR2) and Community Zone (CO1)). </li><li> 3. For City’s Approval in terms of Item 136(9) of the <a href="">Development Management Scheme (DMS)</a> to approve a Development Framework on the consolidated erf. </li><li>4. For City’s Approval in terms of Item 121(2) of the DMS to permit the street setback to be 0 m in lieu of 5 m from a designated metropolitan road (Stock Road). </li><li> 5. Approval of implementation of a subdivision approval into phases. <br></li><li> 6. To subdivide the consolidated Erf into Precincts. Precincts are to be further subdivided as part of this application.
