Comment on the proposed informal trading plan for the Trafalgar Flower Seller MarketComment on the proposed informal trading plan for the Trafalgar Flower Seller Market<img alt="" src="https://resource.capetown.gov.za/cityassets/PublishingImages/CityConnectHeader.png" style="BORDER:0px solid;" /><div class="ExternalClass585A7AC843BB4FD6B992DE6E1378ED29"><p>We are in the process of developing the informal trading plan for the Trafalgar Flower Seller Market (<a href="https://web1.capetown.gov.za/web1/councilhubonline/subcouncilprofile?subcouncilid=16">Subcouncil 16</a>, <a href="https://web1.capetown.gov.za/web1/councilhubonline/wardprofile?wardid=115">Ward 115</a>), and we want to hear from you.</p></div><span> <h2 class="sectHeading">​​​​​​​​​​About</h2></span> <p>We manage informal trading in Cape Town. </p><p> The <a href="http://resource.capetown.gov.za/documentcentre/Documents/Bylaws%20and%20policies/Informal%20Trading%20By-law.pdf" target="_blank">Informal Trading By-law </a>assists us to declare an informal trading plan for any place or area within our control. The plan identifies dedicated, restricted or prohibited areas for informal trading in that place or area. </p><p>Informal trading in the Trafalgar Flower Market is currently not governed by an Informal Trading Plan.
