Comment on the amendment of an existing contract relating to traffic contravention services

<h2 class="sectHeading">About</h2><p>Notice is hereby given in term of section 116(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 (MFMA) that the City of Cape Town (“the City”) intends to amend the contract listed in the table below:</p><div class="mobile-scroll"><br> <table style="width:575px;"><thead><tr><th>Tender number and description</th><th style="width:238px;">Reason for amendment</th><th style="width:155px;">Current expiry date</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td style="height:199px;"> <strong>Tender 52S/2018/2019: </strong>Service Provider for Traffic Contravention Services </td><td style="width:238px;height:199px;">To align the approved budget period with the approved contract period beyond 30 June 2025.
