<strong>Tender 387Q/2021/22: </strong> Term Tender for the Supply and Installation of Floor Coverings and Tiling to Municipal Facilities within City of Cape Town </td><td style="width:120px;height:255px;">Upon implementation of the Contract Price Adjustment (CPA), it was established that the method to calculate CPA was insufficiently defined within the contract and that there was no provision for CPA for year 2 and year 3 of the contract. Furthermore, some of the applicable Working Groups Indices were also omitted from the CPA clause. To address this, a Section 116(3) Amendment, via a contract addendum, is required to appropriately define the CPA clause and include the omitted Work Groups. </td><td style="width:78px;height:255px;">30 June 2026</td></tr></tbody></table>
<p> Notice is further given in accordance with section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that you can submit comments in respect of the proposed amendments. </p><p>
