<p>Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 33 of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 that the City intends entering into the following contract:</p><table style="width:547px;height:120px;"><thead><tr><th style="width:143px;">Tender number and description</th><th style="width:120px;">Estimated value of contract (Incl. <strong>Tender 280S/2024/25: </strong> Supply, Install and Maintenance of Structured Data Cabling Infrastructure</td><td style="width:120px;height:160px;">R102 000 000 over five (5) financial years. </td></tr></tbody></table><p> The contract will incur financial obligations on the Municipality for a period longer than three financial years, but is not expected to be more than five financial years in total. </p><p> Notice is further given in accordance with Section 21A and Section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that you can submit comments in respect of the following draft contracts. </p><h4>Access the documents:</h4><ul><li>
