<strong>Tender 276Q/2022/23: </strong>Term Tender for Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance and Full Operation of the Existing Air-Conditioning Installations at Cape Town Civic Centre, Transport Management Centre, Strand Street Concourse and Other Facilities Managed by Facilities Management</td><td style="width:120px;height:255px;">Upon implementation of the Contract Price Adjustment (CPA), it was established that the following working group that was omitted: - Preliminaries WG 190 as per the advertised tender document and signed contract. To address this, a Section 116(3) Amendment, via a contract addendum, is required to appropriately define the CPA clause and include the omitted Work Groups. </td><td style="width:78px;height:255px;">30 June 2027</td></tr></tbody></table>
