Comment on the draft contract relating to the City’s Independent Power Producer (IPP) Programme

<span> <h2 class="sectHeading">About</h2></span> <p>Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 33 of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 that the City intends entering into the following contract:</p><table style="width:547px;height:220px;"><thead><tr><th style="width:143px;">Tender number and description</th><th style="width:120px;">Estimated value of contract (Incl.
