<strong>Tender 085Q/2022/23:</strong> Term tender for supply, installation, refurbishment, servicing and maintenance of roller shutter doors for various buildings within the City of Cape Town</td><td style="width:366px;"> Approval is hereby sought to initiate a public participation process in terms of Section 116(3) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA) in respect of a proposed amendment to the scope of Tender 085Q/2022/23 The Contract Price Adjustment (CPA) clause was not clearly defined in the original tender documentation, resulting in ambiguity during contract implementation. This constitutes a material change to the contract and necessitates a formal contract amendment process in terms of Section 116(3) of the MFMA. The proposed amendment will be advertised for public comment to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with legislative requirements. </td><td colspan="1" style="width:271px;">30 June 2026</td></tr></tbody></table>
