Comment on the proposed traffic circle in Khayelitsha

<div class="ExternalClassF49FECD70AF044F58910CD760CBE371D"><p>The City <a href="https://www.capetown.gov.za/Departments/Urban%20Mobility">Urban Mobility Directorate </a>plans to convert the existing intersection on Japhta K Masemola Road into a double lane traffic circle, and we want to hear from you.</p></div>
