Comment on the proposed optimisation of Gugulethu Community Hall<span> <h2 class="sectHeading">About​​​​​​​</h2></span> <p> We have identified Gugulethu Community Hall as a facility that requires investigation in terms of optimising its use for other purposes. </p><p>Given the dire need for job creation in the community, we propose that the facility be utilised for other social purposes and economic opportunities. <br></p><p>A key component of optimising the facility will be to gain input from the surrounding community, and other users. </p><p> The first part of optimising the facility is the scoping or information gathering phase.
