Comment on the proposed closure and sale of Council-owned property in Kraaifontein<span> <h2 class="sectHeading">​​​​​​​​​​About​​​​​​​</h2></span> <p>In accordance with section 4 of the <a href="" target="_blank">Immovable Property By-Law (2015)</a>, the <a href="" target="_blank">Management of certain of the City of Cape Town’s Immovable Property Policy</a> (adopted by Council on 26 August 2010 C54/08/10) and section 11.5 and Chapter 2 of the Municipal Asset Transfer Regulations (2008) we are considering the closure and sale of the following City-owned property:</p>​<span> <table style="width:655px;"> <caption>​Closure and sale</caption> <thead><tr><th>Erf</th><th>Extent (±)</th><th>Street and suburb</th><th colspan="1">Desktop market value (Excl.
