<h2 class="sectHeading">About</h2></span>
<p>The City’s
<a href="https://www.capetown.gov.za/Departments/Property%20Development%20Department">Property Development Department</a> has initiated the land packaging and acquisition of the development rights process for the Three Anchor Bay Site on Erf 2187.</p><p>The Three Anchor Bay development project aims to maximise the development potential of the site. This process will include the development of an urban design concept followed by the required statutory applications to enable mixed-use development, which includes retail, office, residential and public facilities.</p><p>The government-owned site is roughly 4,5 hectares and zoned as Public Open Space (OS2). It is bounded by:</p><ul><li>Sea Point Main Road (M61) to the south; </li><li>Helen Suzman Boulevard and Beach Road (M6) to the north; and </li><li>Three Anchor Bay Road to the west. </li></ul><p>The following facilities are currently located on the site:</p><ul><li>Colin Eglin Sea Point Public Library </li><li>Sea Point Civic Centre and Hall </li><li>Fives Football Green Point Sports Club </li><li>Glen Green Point Sports Centre (including the Atlantic Green Point Bowling Club) </li><li>Pinocchio Crèche </li><li>Beach Rugby South Africa </li><li>Western Province Bridge Centre for the Western Cape Bridge Union</li></ul><h4>For more information:</h4><ul><li>

This phase gives stakeholders an opportunity to receive information about the project and how to participate in the process. </p><p>This phase will inform the concept development and Urban Design Framework, as well as underpin the future phases of the proposed project. </p><p>The aim of this process is to allow potential interested and affected parties, including those already identified in previous processes and the broader public, to register their organisational or personal interest in the project.</p><h4>You can register your interest to:</h4><ul><li>be notified when the public participation process commences; </li><li>get updates on the project; </li><li>voice your concern or contribute as an organisation or individual; or </li><li>indicate your interest as an investor.</li></ul><h2 class="sectHeading">Register your interest</h2><p> Visit
