<h2 class="sectHeading">About the draft LSDF</h2></span>
<p>The Spine Road Development Corridor LSDF aims to:</p><ul><li>Provide a vision for the study area. </li><li>Offer detailed development guidance to achieve this vision. </li><li>Inform decision-making for successful implementation.</li></ul><p>Using baseline information, policy frameworks, and public input, the LSDF will guide land use and environmental planning, including the form and nature of future development. Additionally, it identifies strategic public and private investment initiatives and provides policy statements and guidelines to inform decision-making.</p><h4>Key objectives of the LSDF include:</h4><ul><li>Medium- to high-density housing and mixed-use development in strategic areas. </li><li>Supporting business growth and investment within the development corridor. </li><li>Enhancing public transport, non-motorised transport, and traffic flow. </li><li>Incorporating green spaces and eco-friendly infrastructure.</li></ul><h4>This is your opportunity to:</h4><ul><li>Provide feedback on the objectives based on your experience of the area. </li><li>Share your perspectives and ideas on the area’s development. </li><li>Contribute to shaping the final vision for the Spine Road Development Corridor.</li></ul>
