Comment on the draft Cape Town Central Business District (CBD) Local Spatial Development Framework (LSDF)<span> <h2 class="sectHeading">​​​​​​​​​​About​​​​​​​</h2></span> <p>We have prepared a draft LSDF for Cape Town Central Business District (CBD), informed by the key inputs we received during the 2023 public participation process. </p><p> The LSDF will help shape the future spatial planning and development of Cape Town’s economic heartland and creates a framework for private and public sectors to work together towards the balanced optimisation of the opportunities in the CBD. </p><p>This draft of the LSDF includes the first draft of development guidelines, based on a detailed understanding of contextual opportunities and constraints.
