<h2 class="sectHeading">About the policy</h2></span>
<p> We recognise the critical role of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in driving inclusive economic growth, job creation, innovation, and spatial transformation. </p><p>The Business Support Policy sets out the City’s commitment to creating an entrepreneur-friendly environment through the strategic use of its levers, including: </p><ul><li>land and assets, </li><li> planning and regulation, </li><li> service delivery, and </li><li> partnerships.</li></ul><p>The review aims to refine the existing policy by adding provisions and removing administrative barriers to MSME advancement.</p><p>Once approved by Council, the revised policy will replace the existing
