Comment on the proposed management agreement for City-owned property in Langa

<span> <h2 class="sectHeading">About</h2></span> <p>The City recognises the benefits and importance of involving local communities and regular users in the management, maintenance and security of community assets. We plan to enter into a cooperative management agreement with The Langa Bicyle Hub NPC to promote a sense of ownership, pride and communal responsibility.
