Comment on the proposed lease of a portion of City-owned property in Green Point

The leasing of the subject property would also relieve the City of the burden of maintaining it. <br></li><li>The expected proceeds to be received by the Municipality resulting from the granting of the right is a tariff based rental, along with the payment of municipal accounts associated with the use of the subject property. </li><li>The expected gain or loss that will be realised or incurred by the Municipality arising from the granting of right is the receipt of the tariff related rental along with the payment of municipal accounts.
