Our staff will gladly assist you with your appointment. However, if you wish to make a new booking you will have to register with your new number.<br></p></div></div></span><span> <h2 class="sectHeading">Cancel your appointment<br></h2></span> <ul><li>Login with your cellphone number and OTP to cancel the original booking with your reference number.<br></li><li>Follow the booking process to create a new appointment.<br></li></ul><p>If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so timeously to ensure that the clinic schedule is not disrupted.<br></p> <span> <div class="notification with-heading dark-copy pink bg-light-grey"><div class="graphic with-border"> <i class="info note"></i> </div><div class="desc"><h4>Please note</h4><p> If your number changes for any reason and you need to cancel your appointment, contact the clinic to do so.
