Apply for a new water or sewer connection

If you would like to install a new water or sewer connection on your property, please follow the below application process.

How to apply

Applying for a new water or sewer connection is a simple process. However, the new connection will only be processed when the registered owner of a property visits a Walk-in Centre and applies in person.

To apply you will need:

  • a copy of the registered property owner’s ID.

Step 1: Download and complete the Supply of Services Application Form from the document downloads section below or collect it from your nearest Walk-in Centre. Make sure that you complete all the relevant sections.

Step 2: Submit your completed form, together with any supporting documents, at your nearest Walk-in Centre.

Step 3: Once you have submitted your application, you will be provided with a quote known as the connection fee. This fee is calculated on the amount of work required to install your new connection.
