<strong>Step 2:</strong> Complete the public art permit application, upload the required supporting documents, and submit.

<b>Your application must include:</b></p><ul><li>Signed permission from the property owner and three adjacent neighbouring property owners.<br></li><li>A digital mock-up (to scale) depicting the proposed public artwork at the proposed site.<br></li><li>Graphic representation of the proposed public artwork with dimensions.<br></li><li>A photograph of the intended location in its current state as well as five contextual images of surrounding properties (neighbouring properties, businesses, roads etc.). Please use arrows to show exactly where the artwork is going to be located.<br></li><li>The motivation behind the intended artwork. <br></li></ul></div></div></span>

<strong>Step 3: </strong>Your completed application will be circulated to the relevant subcouncil, internal departments and community-based organisations for feedback and comment. You will be notified of the outcome via email.<br></p><p>
<strong>Step 4:</strong> If your application is approved, we will email you a permit, including any conditions attached to implementing the artwork. </p>
