Apply for a public art permit<span> <h2 class="sectHeading">​​How to apply</h2></span> <span> <div class="notification with-heading dark-copy pink bg-light-grey"><div class="graphic with-border"> <i class="info note"> <br></i></div><div class="desc"><h4>permits for busking</h4><p>You do not need a permit to busk unless the act involves animals or dangerous implements/props.</p></div></div></span> <p> <strong>Step 1:</strong> Email <a href="mailto:Chad.Hearne@capetown.gov.za?subject=Request%20for%20public%20art%20permit%20application">chad.hearne@capetown.gov.za</a> or <a href="mailto:mxolisivincent.mtwana@capetown.gov.za?subject=Request%20for%20public%20art%20permit%20application">mxolisivincent.mtwana@capetown.gov.za</a> to request an application form.
