When a residential property becomes vacant, potential tenants will be sourced from the database according to certain criteria, e.g. affordability, if they are an appropriate fit.<br></p><p>The database is not a waiting list and registration doesn’t guarantee that your application will be successful or considered.<br></p> <span> <div class="notification with-heading dark-copy pink bg-light-grey"><div class="graphic with-border"> <i class="info note">​​​</i> </div><div class="desc"><h4>Please note</h4><p> Applicants must be permanently employed.
