RESOLVED that,

the application for extension of liquor licence trading hours received for reference no WCP/042986 SHOPRITE LIQOURSHOP FISH HOEK, ERF 2706, CNR FIRST AND DUNSTER AVENUE be REFUSED for

Sunday from 11:00 to 18:00 for off-consumption purposes for the following reasons:

The problems associated with drunkenness and social ills (anti-social behaviour).
The risks to and nuisances on the surrounding community, and
Lacked mitigation measures to assist the control of risks and nuisances.
