RESOLVED that,

The application for extension of liquor licence trading hours received for reference no WCP/037123 TOPS KOMMETJIE, ERF 4103 SUNNY ACRES SHOPPING CENTRE SHOP 11 & 12, KOMMETJIE MAIN ROAD, NOORDHOEK be REFUSED for:

Monday to Saturday from 18:00 to 20:00 for off-consumption purposes, for the following reasons:

The problems associated with drunkenness and social ills (anti-social behaviour).
The risks to and nuisances on the surrounding community, and
Lacked mitigation measures to assist the control of risks and nuisances.
