Resolution detail

RESOLVED that, 
 
the portion of Erf 86264-RE Cape Town, situated at Promenade Road, Muizenberg in extent approximately 8948.7 m² and as indicated by the figure lettered as ABCDEF on the attached Plan 130008555 marked as Annexure A, be reserved for the Spatial Planning and Environment Directorate (Environmental Management Department) subject to inter alia the following conditions, that:
 

1. The subject property shall be reserved by Spatial Planning and Environment Directorate (Environmental Management Department) for the purpose of holistically managing the property as a part of the Zandvlei Nature Reserve;
2. The Spatial Planning and Environment Directorate (Environmental Management Department) takes responsibility for any land use processes, permits, applications or permissions which may be prescribed as a result of the reservation, as well as compliance with any related legislation in respect of the subject property;
3. The Spatial Planning and Environment Directorate (Environmental Management Department) accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land, and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;
4. The Spatial Planning and Environment Directorate (Environmental Management Department) takes cognisance of the conditions in Paragraph 9 required by the City’s service branches;
5. That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Spatial Planning and Environment Directorate (Environmental Management Department).
