Resolution detail

RESOLVED that, 
 
the Portions of Erven 977-3-RE & 978 Cape Farms, situated at Lighthouse Road, Cape Farms – District H, in extent approximately 497 ha and as indicated by the figure lettered as ABCDEFGHJKL on the attached Plan 130010167 marked as Annexure A, be reserved for the Spatial Planning and Environment Directorate (Environmental Management Department), subject to inter alia the following conditions, that:
 

1. The subject property shall be reserved for conservation purposes only;
2. The Spatial Planning and Environment Directorate (Environmental Management Department) takes responsibility for any land use processes, permits, applications or permissions which may be prescribed as a result of the reservation, as well as compliance with any related legislation in respect of the subject property;
3. The Spatial Planning and Environment Directorate (Environmental Management Department) accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land, any current structures and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;
4. The Spatial Planning and Environment Directorate (Environmental Management Department) takes cognisance of and adheres to the conditions required by the service branches in paragraph 9 below;
5. That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Spatial Planning and Environment Directorate (Environmental Management Department).
