Resolution detail

a)    That the report back schedule received for Portfolio Committee as reported by the assigned Councillor BE NOTED.
 
b)    That it BE NOTED that Cllr Botha-Rossouw was not present at the Subcouncil meeting therefore no feedback to be submitted. 
 
c)    That the report back submitted by Cllr Cerfontein from Urban Waste Management Portfolio BE NOTED:
 
Cllr Cerfontein reported as follows:
Current challenge experienced is non-payment of EPWP workers by some of the contractors. The matter are being addressed and a new contractor will be appointed. Work will commence once the new contractor is appointed.
Refuse collection within Helderberg District are on par with no delays reported.
Cllr Cerfontein further reported that as of end last month she no longer serves in Urban Waste Management Portfolio and have been reallocated to Economic Development Growth Portfolio.
