It is recommended that the Subcouncil NOTES the public participation process planned to commence in the fourth quarter of Financial Year 2023/24 for the following future road schemes:

Lucullus Road from the N1 to Greenville;

Maroela Road from Old Paarl Road to the N1;

Waarburgh Road from Sparrow Lane to Lucullys Road Intersection; and
-
Amadeus Drive from Darwin Strreet, towards the east across the railway line to Lucullus Road
