RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2
 
i)      That the content of the report, Law Enforcement Monthly Report for Area North: March 2024 BE NOTED and that Subcouncil has concerns            that no service delivery are taken in Ward 6 and Ward 101;
ii)     That Subcouncil 2 does not understand the operations done because the admin of Brackenfell administration and Subcouncil do not know 
        the operation as set in the report;
iii)    That the department in (i) above have a clear discussion on the how the shifts operations are working as shifts are not synchronized and 
        there is not enough staff on the ground;
iv)   That the Mr. Dirk  Vosloo: Assistant Chief be invited to the next Subcouncil 2 Activity Day in order to provide Subcouncil with an overview on           the role and functions of the different units within Law Enforcement as well as a live demonstration of the Epic system.
v)    That comments on the report will be escalated to the Executive Director and MMC of Safety & Security.
