It is recommended that:

It be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received for the sale of liquor for Micro Manufacturer OFF Consumption from The Padel Hub (PTY) LTD – The Club House – LLA24030012 was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:

Subcouncil 08 recommended that the application, reference no. LLA24030012, for the business: The Padel Hub (PTY) LTD – The Club House, 11 Julian Street, Somerset West, Business Park, Micro Manufacturer Off consumption of liquor, BE NOT SUPPORTED for the following reasons:

Property is zoned Agricultural as confirmed by department Community Development Agriculture.
