RESOLVED that it be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from NEIGHBOURGOOD - HILL ROAD was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA24030007, for the business NEIGHBOURGOOD - HILL ROAD at 2 HILL THREE ANCHOR BAY BE SUPPORTED WITH CONDITIONS:
Subject to:
1. The applicant not installing any amplified speakers/music in any outdoor area.
2. The neighbours not being inconvenienced in any way.
3. The sales of liquor being restricted to the residents/members of the co-living and co-working space and not open/accessible to the public at any time.
4. It is not a public venue, and the liquor is to cater for the onsite residents and members.
