All applications to request an official visit from the Executive Mayor must be made six weeks prior to the attendance date.
Please include the following in your application:
- date of visit
- time of visit
- location of visit
- dress code required, if applicable
- the role the Executive Mayor is required to fulfil (for example: delivering the welcome address, the keynote address, ribbon cutting, or presenting an award)
- whom the Office of the Executive Mayor may liaise with regarding logistical arrangements
