Purpose of the application
- Subdivision of the property into two portions (Portion 1: ±997 m² and Remainder: ±1065 m²).
- The following departures from the
Development Management Scheme:
I. Item 22(c)(ii): To permit the height of the proposed dwelling house on portion 1 within 3 m of the line of subdivision to measure 7,64 m in height above existing ground level to the top of the roof in lieu of 4 m.
II. Item 22(d): To permit the dwellings on portion 1 to be setback 2,2 m and 2,27 m in lieu of 3 m from the north-eastern common boundary.
III. Item 121(1)(a)(viii): To permit the swimming pools on portion 1 to be setback 0,32 m in lieu of 1 m from the north-eastern common boundary.
The proposal requires a deviation from the Southern District Plan relating to the extent of hard surfacing and tree removal.
