Purpose of the application

  • Section 42(a) of the MPBL (2015); Rezoning from Single Residential: Conventional Housing (SR1) to General Residential (GR2).
  • Section 42(b) of the MPBL (2015): Parking departure to allow for two on-site parking bays in lieu of 13 on-site parking bays.
  • Section 42(b) of the MPBL (2015): Common building line departure(North-, East -and South common building lines): 0,0 m in lieu of 4,5 m.
  • Section 42(b): Height departure in terms of Item 41.e(iii) of the Development Management Scheme - new height proposed on the 0,0 m common building lines is 6,245 m in lieu of 3,75 m.
