  • The rezoning of the consolidated property to Subdivisional Area Overlay Zoning.
  • The subdivision of the consolidated property into two portions (Portion 1 ±20 m² and Remainder ±10040 m²). Portion 1 is to be Utility Zoning and the Remainder General Residential Subzone (GR2) zoning.
  • The approval of a new Site Development Plan to permit flats on a portion of the property.
