Comment on the amendment of an existing contract relating to abstraction and injection boreholes

We intend amending a contract for abstraction and injection boreholes associated with the Cape Flats and Atlantis Aquifers, and we want to hear from you.

Notice is hereby given in term of section 116(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 (MFMA) that the City of Cape Town (“the City”) intends to amend the contract listed in the table below:
