| Comment on the proposed amendments to the City’s Municipal Planning By-law | Comment on the proposed amendments to the City’s Municipal Planning By-law | | <img alt="" src="https://resource.capetown.gov.za/cityassets/PublishingImages/CityConnectHeader.png" style="BORDER:0px solid;" /> | <div class="ExternalClass4D8EF177AE83450A894A9FA20708929B"><p>We would like to invite interested and affected residents to comment on the proposed amendments to the <a href="https://resource.capetown.gov.za/documentcentre/Documents/Bylaws%20and%20policies/City%20of%20Cape%20Town%20Municipal%20Planning%20By-law%202015.pdf" target="_blank">City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 (MPBL)</a>.</p></div> | <h2 class="sectHeading">About</h2><p>The MPBL, which is inclusive of the <a href="https://www.capetown.gov.za/work%20and%20business/planning-portal/regulations-and-legislations/the-city-of-cape-towns-development-management-scheme">City of Cape Town Development Management Scheme (DMS)</a> as schedule 3, came into effect on 1 July 2015.
