Submit a business plan to operate an Early Childhood Development Centre in Bosasa

<div class="ExternalClass39DA8D3813E64E0986C6F40EA79E4DF2"><p>Our <a href="https://www.capetown.gov.za/Departments/Community%2c%20Arts%20and%20Culture%20Development">Community, Arts and Culture Department</a> is calling on registered non-profit organisations (NPOs) working in the Early Childhood Development (ECD) sector in Cape Town to submit their business plans. </p></div>

<span> <h2 class="sectHeading">About</h2></span> <p>Fully registered, compliant and operational non-profit organisations (NPOs) within the early childhood development (ECD) sector are invited to submit detailed business plans for the operation and management of a City-owned ECD Centre located in Bosasa (Ward 114). </p><p>If your business plan is chosen, you will enter into a Facility Management Agreement (FMA) with us. </p> <span> <div class="notification with-heading dark-copy pink bg-light-grey"><div class="graphic with-border"> <i class="info note"></i> </div><div class="desc"><h4>selection process</h4><p> We are required to follow the Supply Chain Management processes when selecting and appointing an external registered NPO to operate from a City-owned facility. <br><br>Preference will be given to NPOs with a proven track record in ECD service delivery within Bosasa (Ward 114), demonstrating strong governance, compliance, and financial accountability.
