Milnerton Beach

About

Milnerton Beach is a long stretch of white sandy shoreline, with beautiful views of Table Mountain. Milnerton Lagoon meets the sea here and there are often flamingoes and other birdlife to be seen in the estuary. Milnerton Beach is generally safe for swimming. There are lifeguards on duty within designated areas. This is a popular spot for water sports of all kinds. The strong southeasterly winds of spring and summer make Milnerton beach an ideal place for kitesurfing and windsurfing. There is ample parking and dogs are allowed to run freely.
