International Ombuds Day 2024

<div class="ExternalClassD740EA0141B84372865D0ECBCFEEB4D2"><p>The City Ombudsman is participating in a number of events this month in celebration of International Ombuds Day, and we are excited to present this year’s theme: ‘<strong>Here to Hear You</strong>’. <br></p><p> <a href="https://www.capetown.gov.za/City-Connect/Report/Lodge-a-formal-complaint/Lodge-a-complaint">Lodge your complaints</a> with the <a href="https://www.capetown.gov.za/Departments/Ombudsman">Office of the City Ombudsman (OCO) </a>and the right regulatory bodies during the month of October.<br></p></div>
