Declaration of Interests
The Declaration of Interests documents list the financial interests of councillors to ensure transparency in their role as public servants.
All councillors are required to declare any interests they, their partner or business associates may have in property, companies (including
ownership of shares or appointment as directors), contracts concluded with the municipality as well as the receipt of corporate gifts,
expenditure of public funds, and other business interests. The declaration of any such interests must be made within 60 days of being
elected or appointed to the position of councillor.
