Road resurfacing in Protea Park nears completion

<div>‘As this resurfacing project nears completion, I would like to once again thank Protea Park residents and road users for their patience during the course of this work. Our team is working tirelessly to ensure that they finish by the end of this week. These maintenance projects form part of the City’s efforts to keep Cape Town moving by providing quality roads that are well maintained to prolong the lifespan of our road network,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Urban Mobility, Councillor Rob Quintas.<br></div><div>The streets that are being worked on in Protea Park are:</div><div>• Marigold Street<br></div><div>• Phlox Crescent</div><div>• Magnolia Street</div><div>• Gazonia Street</div><div>• Bergroos Street<br></div><div>• Bauhinia Close</div><div><br></div><div>The resurfacing of streets in Protea Park, Beacon Hill and Saxonsea will be completed by the end of this week, but the installation of Mole Barriers in Middenrak Street in Saxonsea could take up to two weeks weather permitting.</div><div><br></div><div><div>High resolution photographs are available <a href="https://bit.ly/4dPKQH9">here.</a><br></div><div><br><br></div><br></div><div><br></div>
