Jameson street in Bellville to remain closed until 10 DecemberJameson street in Bellville to remain closed until 10 December<img alt="" src="https://resource.capetown.gov.za/cityassets/PublishingImages/Development%20charges%20Header.jpg" style="BORDER:0px solid;" /><p>​The City of Cape Town’s Urban Mobility Directorate would like to advise motorists and pedestrians that the temporary road closure of Jameson Street between Jip de Jager Drive and Cameronians Avenue in Bellville has been extended until 10 December 2023. <br></p><p>'This section of Jameson Street is temporarily closed due to roadworks that form part of the current upgrade of Jip de Jager Drive into a dual carriageway. This is a key project within the City's Congestion Management Strategy, which will result in traffic congestion relief in the area, in particular during the morning and afternoon peak hours.
