City’s Mobile Office is coming to Scottsdene in Kraaifontein

The details of the visit are as follows:<ul><li>Thursday, 23 November 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Scottsdene Youth Centre, Eoan Avenue, Scottsdene, Kraaifontein. During this visit to Scottsdene, the City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City on a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries. 'We hope to see as many residents as possible this coming Thursday in Scottsdene and I encourage residents to take advantage of this opportunity by engaging with our staff who will be at your service the entire morning. The City's mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents. Do remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys. End</li></ul>
