Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity. <br></p><p>​The details are as follows:<br></p><div>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Friday, 10 November 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Steenberg Community Centre, 54 Cradock Road, Steenberg.</div><div>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Tuesday, 14 November 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Wallacedene Hall, Boesak Road, Wallacedene, Kraaifontein.</div><div>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Wednesday, 15 November 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Sarepta Community Hall, Rietvlei Street, Sarepta, Kuils River.</div><div>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Thursday, 16 November 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Range Road Hall, Range Road, Lansdowne.</div><div><br></div><div>The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries. </div><div> </div><div>‘These mobile office visits ensure that residents do not spend time and money on transport. We bring the services to you and I encourage residents to take advantage of this opportunity; engage with our staff and ensure that your municipal matters are up to date. The City’s mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents.
